STEP ONE: COVERAGE SELECTION
HEADSHOT STATION: FULL/HALF DAY.........................................................................$2,250/$1,650
Choose between full-day coverage (up to 8 hours) or half-day coverage (up to 4 hours) with our headshot station. Includes high-resolution images, file organization (files will be renamed to the person in the photo), a standard commercial usage license, and a lead-list of all people photographed. With our software, headshots can be delivered to each person in private galleries or as a whole gallery of images.

ADDITIONAL STATION: FULL/HALF DAY......................................................................$2,000/$1,500
When the number of attendees you expect is high, or when the time available at your event is limited, your headshot needs may exceed what can be captured with one headshot station. Add an additional station to make sure everyone gets a great headshot in the time allowed. This will also reduce the time attendees wait for their headshot. ​
STEP TWO: ADDING EXTRAS​
INSTANT INDIVIDUAL DELIVERY.........................................................................................$900/$500
Impress your attendees with instant delivery of their headshots. Each participant will receive a private gallery of images via email moments after being photographed. With this option, there is no administrative work for you. We will host, deliver, and provide support for all galleries.

BASIC RETOUCHING FOR ALL HEADSHOTS................................................................$1,000/$500
Everyone wants to look their best. Provide your attendees with basic retouching on all delivered images, and you'll be a hero. Basic retouching includes removal of blemishes, reduction of wrinkles, and teeth and eye whitening for all images.

QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE
How many people can you provide headshots for at an event?
Generally speaking, we can photograph about 25 headshots per hour at each headshot station we bring. This number will vary a little event to event but its a good base to plan from. Under perfect conditions, we can serve between 200-300 people at a station in a full day. If your event expects a large number of attendees and the station is in an primary spot where everyone sees it, you can expect the large majority of attendees to participate. Headshot stations are super popular and complimentary headshots even more so! It is best to plan ahead with multiple stations thereby reducing wait times and maximizing participation.
Do the photos from events need retouching?
The need for retouching depends on the intended use of the images. We have the ability to provide a basic retouch on all images or to allow attendees to upgrade to retouching on their own, whichever serves you best. We also use lighting and posing techniques, along with great expression coaching and optional professional hair and makeup touch-ups to ensure the images look great straight out of the camera. How are the images delivered?
Regarding image delivery, you have options. We organize all images by renaming the files to match the person in the headshot. For example, 1234.jpg becomes Smith_Jane.jpg, making it easier to get the right images to the right people. Once organized, we sort them into individual galleries for each person and can deliver them individually or in a single gallery, based on your needs. All files are delivered by email. If your company requires a specific FTP or upload system, we are happy to accommodate.
Do you also offer event photography?
Absolutely! We have dedicated event photographers on staff who know how to capture what matters most at an event. Our team has served clients like Microsoft, Bloomberg, Blue Origin, UBS Financial, Veritas, and more. In addition to event coverage, we offer step-and-repeat photos, photo booths, and video services such as testimonials and promos. Do attendees just line up for headshots or can they make an appointment?
Both! We can operate a headshot station on a first-come, first-served basis or allow advanced scheduling for your attendees. We recommend a mix of both. This way, you can offer some attendees the option to skip the line with an appointment, while still leaving room for walk-ups. We will work with your team to create the best of both worlds.
What happens to the date you collect after the job?
We do not share or sell any data with anyone other than who you specifically designate in advance. We maintain and secure your data in our delivery platform with full encryption at rest and transport security. Data can also be permanently deleted when your job is complete and you have all your images locally backed up. Our processes and software are fully GDPR compliant. We can assist you with any of your privacy needs, just tell us what you need!
