What kind of headshots do I need as an actor?
Actors need great headshots that show who they are and fit the kinds of roles they’re going for—usually one that’s bright and friendly for commercials, and one that’s more serious for dramatic work. Your headshots should be clear, natural, and really let your eyes connect with the camera. They should look like the real you, so keep your current style and we'll handle the rest. As professional photographers, we’ll guide you through preparing for your session and help you choose outfits that match the look and vibe you want to project.
How many looks are included?
We don’t put a limit on the number of looks during a session—it really depends on your needs and how the session flows. Some people only need a couple, while others aim to have a variety. It mostly comes down to preparation and how comfortable you are in front of the camera. Newer actors/models may take a bit more time to warm up, so we might capture fewer looks, while experienced actors often move more quickly—but that’s not always the case. We’ll talk with you beforehand to make sure the session is tailored to your goals. If you have an acting coach or agent, it’s a great idea to ask them for guidance on what kinds of looks to aim for.

Where are you located?
Our studio is located in the historic Faulker Mills in North Billerica, Massachusetts, included on The National Register of Historic Places. Visitors to the area are greeted by the beautiful view of the Concord River falls. Once a producer of cloth, the Mill is now home to a variety of small businesses and museums, including Lucozzi Portraits. We offer in-studio photography on an appointment basis for our clients as well as on-location services. In additon to headshots, we also offer family portraits as well as senior and tween portraits.
