The client hereby grants George and Gail Lucozzi of Lucozzi Portraits irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of me (or of my minor child), for print and internet advertising, entry in photographic competition or art exhibitions, display within or outside of the Photographer’s studio to promote the photographer’s skills and products; and to copyright the same.

Lucozzi Portrait agrees not to use or allow images of the client to be used in ways that would slander, attack, embarrass, or deform the character of the client. Lucozzi Portraits is not liable for damages caused by a third party that has stolen client images that were posted on the internet. For client safety reasons, all images posted online are watermarked and/or contain embedded copyright data.
